Manifestation Magic for the Week of May 6, 2024


This week in the newsletter, we'll talk about self-trust and why it makes or breaks you in business.

  • Mindset Magic: Every morning, jot down three things you accomplished yesterday, no matter how small. This practice helps recalibrate your brain to focus on your strengths and successes, reinforcing the trust you have in your abilities.

  • Human Design Tip: Reflect on your Human Design type and consider where your intuition or natural inclinations are guiding you. Are there areas where you doubt this inner guidance? Acknowledge these doubts, then consciously choose to follow your intuitive nudges at least once this week. Notice how this feels and what outcomes arise.

  • Simplified Strategy: Identify a recent situation where you felt unsure in your business. What decision did you hesitate on? Write down the pros and cons of both sides of the decision, then reflect on what your initial gut reaction was. Did you follow it? If not, explore what held you back. This exercise can reveal patterns where self-trust may need bolstering.

  • Journal Prompt: Consider the question, "What fears do I have about fully trusting myself?" Write these fears down. Then, challenge each fear by asking, "What evidence do I have that this fear is true?" and "What evidence do I have that contradicts this fear?" This can help dismantle the fears and build more self-trust.

  • Wealth Embodiment Exercise: Close your eyes and visualize a recent moment when you felt completely confident and in control. Relive this moment, focusing on the sensations and emotions you experienced. Anchor this feeling with a physical gesture, like pressing your thumb and forefinger together. Whenever you need a boost of self-trust, use this gesture to recall your ability to handle challenges competently.

  • Mindset Magic:  Kick off your day with a playful twist! Think of the divine dance between your feminine and masculine energies. Do you nurture a project with care (feminine) or charge ahead on a task with bold determination (masculine)? Note these down as characters in your daily energy play—each role you embody is a star performance in the drama of life and business.

  • Human Design Tip: Dive into how your Human Design can reflect your balance of divine feminine and masculine energies. Do you know what it means to be in these energies for your Human Design type? Inside Manifestation Lab, we cover these traits for each section in your chart.

  • Simplified Strategy: Think back to a recent time when you felt like you were all sparkle or all boots. Write a fun, brief skit where the opposite energy swoops in to save the day. How could a dash of intuition have softened a harsh negotiation? Or how might a firm decision have sped up a dragging project? Rewriting the scene helps you imagine different outcomes and prepares you for a more balanced act next time.

  • Journal Prompt: Ask yourself, "In what areas of my life and business do I feel I might be overemphasizing one energy over the other?" Write down your insights. Then, contemplate how you can cultivate a more balanced approach, such as implementing more structure if you lean heavily on intuition or adding more empathy if your approach is very systematic.

  • Wealth Embodiment Exercise: Close your eyes and envision yourself embodying a perfect balance of your divine feminine and masculine energies in a successful business scenario. Focus on the power of this balance—how it makes you feel and the success it brings. Create a personal symbol (like intertwining your hands) to represent this state of balance. Use this symbol whenever you need to recall the confidence and completeness of integrating both energies.

For example, certain types might hold tension in specific areas due to their energy dynamics. Explore how your Human Design type influences where you carry stress and how movement can help release it. Inside Manifestation Lab, we delve into these connections to help you understand your unique stress patterns.

  • Simplified Strategy: Notice where tension builds up in your body during your workday. Take a quick break to stretch, shake, or do a little dance to release that tension. As you move, visualize stress melting away, making room for creativity and clarity. Incorporating these mini-movement breaks regularly can boost your productivity and sharpen your focus.

  • Journal Prompt: Reflect on this question: "Where do I feel stress or tension in my body, and what emotions might be linked to these sensations?" Write down your observations and consider how these emotions could be impacting your business performance. Journaling helps bring clarity and paves the way for intentional release through movement.

  • Wealth Embodiment Exercise: Close your eyes and visualize a recent moment when you felt particularly stressed or overwhelmed. Picture yourself releasing this stress through movement—whether it's shaking out your hands, doing a gentle yoga flow, or dancing it out. Anchor this visualization with a deep breath and a positive affirmation like, "I release what no longer serves me and welcome peace and clarity."
