In a recent conversation with my friend Linda, she asked me what pisses me off about network marketing.
I told her it was those Monday night team calls where you're upline grills you as if they're your boss and they try to "gently hold you accountable" but in reality it's motivation by intimidation.
They act like personal development is the answer to the sales & marketing strategy you need.
Then when you try to do something different because your intuition is telling you "times are changing, people are changing, there's a better way to do this!" You're shut out and called "uncoachable".
I say f*ck these Monday night team calls that are run the wrong way.
If you're intuition is telling you that following everyone then getting into their DMs without building rapport feels icky and is not the best way to grow your network marketing business, then listen to it!
People want a connection. They want to trust the brands they buy from. No longer are the days where you can follow outdated network marketing strategies and grow your downline like crazy.
You may have an idea of what needs to be done but you just don't know how to do it...that's where I come in.
I've been in your shoes. I understand what it feels like. You have ambition and creative ideas but someone wants to fit you into their mold.
I'm here to tell you that it's ok to be different. In fact, that's what's going to make you stand out and be memorable!
One way to do that is by designing a personal brand strategy that highlights your unique talents and personality.
In fact, you must do that before you even attempt to learn how to use Instagram Reels or grow your follower count.
Because if you don't create this foundation first, everything else won't make sense. Your personal brand strategy is the blueprint of your entire sales and marketing strategy for growth.
