List 3 needle-moving tasks that would help you get there. These should be simple, clear, and actionable so you can complete them that day. The next day, you will do the following steps and continue the next steps until you've reached your goal.


✅ Step 3: Choose Your Emotional State


Ask yourself: How do I want to feel while I do these things? Words like: Grounded. Bold. Magnetic. Playful. Powerful.


✅ Step 4: Anchor in Empowering Thoughts


Write 2–3 affirmations that reflect your future self. Ex:

  • “I am the kind of woman who follows through.”

  • “I trust myself to create consistent income.”



✅ Step 5: Reflect in the Evening


Ask: Who was I today? What did I do well? What can I celebrate?


Just 10 minutes a day rewires your brain to lead from belief, not burnout.
